Matt Terry’s album "Trouble" Set To Be worst X Factor Winner Debut

WHEN MATT TERRY named his debut album Trouble, it’s unlikely he would have predicted the title would soon sum up the state of his career. But that’s exactly where he finds himself this week as his first record since winning The X Factor last December is on course to reach No 27. The lowly placing means the album is likely to become the worst- performing solo debut release of any X Factor winner. A music insider said: “Matt and his team will be hugely disappointed with the result in the midweek chart. “There was real hope he could get a Top Ten place, so to not even feature in the Top 25 is concerning. “They felt there were enough good tunes on the record to make its mark.”
